The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) and Michigan Industrial Ventilation Conference (MIVC) are collaborating with workers and employers involved in industrial ventilation practices to reduce and prevent exposure to workplace airborne contaminants.

The two entities have executed a three-year alliance agreement to raise awareness of MIOSHA rulemaking and enforcement activities concerning airborne contaminants, and to emphasize education and training to protect workers across virtually every industry.

The team will meet at least three times per year to track progress in pursuing the goals of the alliance.
